The high pressure pump was driven off the diesel engine, so the engine always had to be running to make fresh water. Then the end cap blew off of 1 of the membranes. And it was an old system. But it still produced 60 gph. So I began the search for a new system. It needed to be modular to fit on this boat, with all other retrofits I was doing. In the end, SeaWater Pro out of Florida got my attention. And, ultimately, our $.
